Treeline Software ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application, MedTracker, handles your information.

1. Data Collection and Storage

MedTracker is an offline-first application. All data entered into the app (including medication lists, doctor appointments, body temperature readings, and user profiles) is stored locally on your device.

We use SQLCipher, an industry-standard encryption technology, to encrypt the database on your device. This ensures that your health data is unreadable by other applications or malicious actors who might gain access to your device's file system.

2. Data Sharing

We do not transmit your personal health data to any cloud servers, third-party analytics services, or advertising networks. Your data stays on your phone.

The only exception is if you voluntarily choose to use the "Add to Calendar" feature for appointments, in which case data is passed directly to your device's default Calendar application.

3. Permissions

• Notifications: We request permission to send local notifications to remind you of medications and appointments.
• Internet: Used solely for the "Drug Info Search" feature, which opens your web browser to third-party medical information sites (e.g., Drugs.com). We do not track these searches.

4. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by simply uninstalling the application. Since we do not store backups on our servers, uninstalling the app permanently removes all database files from the device.
